Retainer
For those of you who need routine consulting services, whether related to corporate or business law, we can provide services on a subscription basis by providing legal services every month with a contract for the use of legal services per year. The provision of legal services on a subscription basis is provided for a maximum of 40 working hours each month. The amount of the cost of using legal services on a subscription basis will be discussed according to an agreement with you.
Case By Case
The provision of legal services can be provided for the handling of each case on a case-by-case basis with the amount of legal services in accordance with the agreement. The handling of these cases include: Criminal, Civil, Commercial, Corruption, Tax, and Religious courts. Lawyer Fee will be determined based on the complexity of the case handled based on the agreement between us and you. Lawyer Fee as referred to above includes out of pocket costs for handling cases in the Jabodetabek area. While the cost of travel / out of town, accommodation costs including ticket costs, hotels, taxis and pocket money, administrative costs including but not limited to document duplication costs and correspondence costs will be billed in accordance with the actual costs incurred.
